All about the freeway down here, and getting from a to b. So far, 4 partial tolls on the Maine Turnpike and one for the Mass Turnpike. Drive a little bit, stop at the toll, drive a little more, stop again. Prices ranged, $1.75, $2.25, $3.00, $2,00, $1.10. We have had other tolls along the way, Toronto, New Brunswick, a bridge in Halifax. Of course, the Port Mann. Some electronic, some not.
On the map the freeway to Hartford runs along the coast but we are unable to see anything but bush. Saw a sign for Kennebunkport which rang a bell, so we veered off to take a look. Knew there had to be water over there somewhere. Took some time to find the beach and was worth the short break and nice to see what the area looks like.
